A Visit to Cubetown
I made a visit to cubetown (the "company" office) today. After 5 years of working at home, it would be almost impossible to go live there now. I try to visit every couple of weeks just to show everyone I'm still alive and haven't turned into some Ted Kaczynski type. I always end up socializing too much and I feel like my productivity output is zero for the day.

oh, you poor baby. Do you realize how great you have it? You get all your socializing crap in the office done in one day. The rest of us have to spread it out over EVERY SINGLE DAY (except Saturday and Sunday). AND if you don't successfully fulfill your socializing quota for the the day, you're branded some kind of outcast or someone who isn't a "team player". Dude, and you didn't even call me and want to see if I wanted to do lunch. :o)
