Another Week on the Trainer

Another week riding the trainer. Wednesday 1:30 at Wheelie Fun with the group and an "Aero Base" Spinerval video.

Friday 1:20 - long intervals while watching the 2002 Paris-Roubaix.

Saturday 1:15 spinning in an easy gear and a few one leg drills.

On Sunday, Murdock called to see if I wanted to come to his place, do a trainer ride with him and Corey and then discuss some club/team business. I agreed to be at his house at 2:00 with the plan to do a 2 hour trainer ride. It warmed up to the upper 20s and I almost called him back to tell him I was going to do a road ride but I decided to stick with the trainer. We had a good long hard 2 hour ride. I'm sure it was a better workout than if I had ridden the road.

Tuesday 1:40 - An hour warm up watching a race video and then the Carmichael Training Sprint video...I have got to get out of the house, I am actually taking pictures of the TV while riding the trainer...
