Kudos to the PowerTap people. I have been fighting my wireless PowerTap for a couple of months. Mainly intermittent signal pickup or no pickup at all. I had taken it a shop to have the b
attery and another electronic piece replaced but the problem was not fixed. Finally, they sent the wheel to PowerTap. A week later I get a call from the shop telling me the wheel is ready. When I pick it up, the wheel has been rebuilt around a brand new hub. I also have a new CPU to go with it...all under warranty, at no charge. I should have insisted the hub be sent back as soon as I started having problems. Thanks to PowerTap for taking care of it without any hassles.
I had a similar experience with Felt a couple of years ago when my carbon frame cracked. I sent it back and had a brand new frame in less than a week. Some companies know how to do it right.
